One on one training is the best way for some people to learn faster and more effectively. Specific training is better when we are able to focus on just one person in a class, giving them a more in depth and personal learning experience. Yes, it is a little more expensive and for obvious reasons!

Group training and seminars are offered with discounts and for other special interests such as awareness, team sports, motivational and positive attitude tips and techniques.

Some corporations and compaines like to provide a fitness program or gym for their employees to work out and exercise in. Self awareness, self defense and fitness exercise classes can provide something different and fun for the employees to do and there may also be deductions for the companies insurance policy.
